How Can painful Urination And Lower Back Pain Be Treated?

I had bloody urine, lower bcd cramping it was painful to urinate I went to urgent care they gave me phenazopyridine and cipro. I have been taking for the past few days. The blood has stopped however I still having slight lower back cramping, should I go back to doctor?

exclude uti and pivd effecting lumbosacral spine. take mri and consult neurosurgeon. better to take medicine after getting report of culture and sensitivity. drink more water and take alcasol three times daily. medication after getting culture report is good.
